Château Sainte Eulalie

France

Château Sainte Eulalie is a family-run domaine in La Livinière, where Isabelle and Laurent Coustal have led the estate since 1996. Its terraced, south-facing vineyards lie at 250 metres on particularly stony, clay-limestone soils of the Minervois La Livinière. The domaine has held High Environmental Value certification since 2014, reflecting its focus on biodiversity and responsible resource management, and completed its conversion to organic farming in 2023. The team’s wines, chiefly reds alongside whites and rosés, are produced under Minervois La Livinière, Coteaux de La Livinière and Pays d’Oc appellations, with an emphasis on quality over quantity and expressing the distinctive local terroir.
