Pierrick Laroche

France

Pierrick Laroche leads a family-owned Burgundy estate founded in 1850 by Jean Victor Laroche and passed down through the generations. Today, he serves as both proprietor and head winemaker. The domaine farms vineyards in the Chablis classification, including holdings around Maligny and the Fontenay valley. Its wines carry the Green Wine label, reflecting sustainable, organic and/or biodynamic vineyard practices. Winemaking is deliberately low-intervention, with steel-tank fermentation, full malolactic fermentation and lees aging shaping the style.
