Pichon Claude Michel

France

Pichon Claude Michel is a sixth-generation family-owned estate in Vallet, in France’s Loire Valley. Led by Claude-Michel Pichon, the estate farms vineyards on gneiss-granite and schist soils and has held Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) certification since 2020. Its approach combines environmental commitment with modern, low-intervention winemaking, including cold maceration, thermovinification and sulfite-free production. Ownership has passed within the Pichon family from Raymond to his son Claude-Michel, who brings 12 years of experience as a Loire Valley winemaker and buyer.
