Domaine Patrick Javillier is a third-generation family estate based in Meursault in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, run by Marion Javillier and Pierre-Emmanuel Lamy, with Patrick Javillier still involved in cellar decisions. The domaine farms vineyards across Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses, producing mainly Chardonnay alongside some Pinot Noir from regional through Grand Cru appellations. Viticulture follows a lutte raisonnée approach, with careful vineyard work and no formal certification noted. In the cellar, whites are pneumatically pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged in oak barrels for 16–18 months, reflecting a measured, terroir-focused style.
