Paolo Manzone is a family-run estate in Serralunga d’Alba, Piedmont, operated by Paolo Manzone and his wife Luisella. The estate is part of The Green Experience, with chemical-free, biodiversity-focused farming centered on soil respect, traceability, and the use of floral and herbal essences. Viticulture emphasizes hand-tended vines and low yields. In the cellar, Paolo Manzone oversees winemaking, with hand-harvested grapes fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then aged on fine lees before bottling. The range includes Barolo, Gavi di Gavi, Dolcetto d’Alba, Barbera d’Alba, Nebbiolo d’Alba, and Arneis, reflecting a quality-focused, family-owned Piedmont producer.
