Michel & Tina Gassier is a family-run estate in Costières de Nîmes in the Southern Rhône, owned and managed by Michel Gassier, his wife Tina, and their daughter Isabel. A fourth- or fifth-generation family winemaker, depending on the estate referenced, Michel leads the Domaine Gassier project with Isabel, producing certified organic and vegan wines. The family is committed to regenerative agriculture, with practices including reduced tillage, direct seeding, native hedges, nest boxes, and homemade compost to improve soil health and biodiversity. Their wines are described as authentic and balanced, reflecting the diverse soils of Costières de Nîmes. Michel also oversees Halos de Jupiter, a Grenache-focused label exploring terroir across the Southern Rhône.
