Cantine Goretti is a fourth-generation, family-owned winery in Umbria, founded in the early 1900s and based across the historic Pila estate in Colli Perugini and Montefalco. Its vineyards focus on native varieties including Grechetto, Sangiovese and Sagrantino, with Montefalco producing structured Sagrantino DOCG and Rosso di Montefalco, while Pila highlights regional varieties under DOC and IGT designations. The family’s approach combines traditional territorial expression with contemporary winemaking, supported by collaboration with oenologist Emiliano Falsini and agronomists Stefano Dini and Dario Ceccatelli. Goretti follows Lutte Raisonnée integrated viticulture, prioritizing vine and soil health; photovoltaic systems supply more than 80% of its energy, and electric vehicles are used locally. The estate also welcomes visitors for tastings and tours around its historic towers.
