Evening Land Vineyards is an Oregon producer in the Eola-Amity Hills of the Willamette Valley, centered on the historic Seven Springs estate and also farming Anden Vineyard. Owned and directed by Sashi Moorman and Rajat Parr, the estate focuses on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with Gamay also appearing in the range. Farming is described as biodynamic and dry-farmed, with LIVE certification, hand harvesting, and a broader ecosystem-minded approach. In the cellar, winemaker John Faulkner and the team emphasize site expression through native yeast fermentation, whole-cluster and gentle pressing, and restrained new oak. The Chardonnay program at Seven Springs was shaped in part by early involvement from Dominique Lafon.
