Domaine Jean Tardy et Fils

France

Domaine Jean Tardy et Fils is a family-owned estate in Vosne-Romanée, Burgundy, founded in 1966 by Jean Tardy, formerly régisseur at Domaine Camuzet alongside Henri Jayer. The domaine has produced wine since the 1920s and is now managed by Guillaume Tardy, who has led it for more than a decade. Its 4.5 hectares are organically certified, with parcels including Haute Côte de Nuits Maëlie, Bas de Combe, Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Argillats, and an 80-year-old plot in Echezeaux. The wines are deep, rich, dense, and structured, combining perfumed fruit with supple tannins and offering both early approachability and long-term ageing potential.
