Chianti Riserva DOCG

De' Vasari wines are made by Cantina Vini Tipici Dell'Aretino from the producer’s own organically farmed vineyards in the hills and plateaus around Arezzo, Tuscany. The wines are based on hand-harvested Sangiovese, complemented by small amounts of other local varieties. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by oak-barrel ageing. This approach preserves Sangiovese’s bright character while adding polish, length, spice, and tertiary complexity.
