Bodegas Arrocal is a family-run estate in Gumiel del Mercado, Burgos, in the heart of Ribera del Duero. Owned by Moisés Calvo and Rosa Arroyo, the winery is now closely involved with their sons Rodrigo and Asier, who run the estate and contribute to its winemaking. Its vineyards are certified organic, reflecting a commitment to organic viticulture. The winery combines hand-harvested, traditional methods with modern technology in a gravity-fed facility opened in 2005. Winemaking is led by Isaac Fernández Montaña, assisted by Asier Calvo.
