Ökologischer Land- & Weinbau Krämer is a privately owned, three-generation family estate in the Tauber Valley of Franken, run by Stephan and Simone Krämer with their children. Its certified organic farming emphasizes soil health, biodiversity and ecological practices. The vineyards lie on steep terraces in Tauberzell and Röttingen, including the Tauberzeller Hasennestle and Röttinger Feuerstein sites, with Muschelkalk and Silex soils. Stephan Krämer, an agronomist trained in organic winemaking, oversees production. The estate combines viticulture with arable farming while maintaining a distinctly family-run, organic approach.
