See Ya Later Ranch

Canada

See Ya Later Ranch is a historic winery in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, founded by Major Hugh Fraser. Its elevated, south-facing estate site includes approximately 65 acres of vineyards, planted primarily to Gewürztraminer alongside Pinot Noir and Riesling. The winery produces a broad portfolio of red, white, sparkling and rosé wines, including its premium Legacy tier, with styles shaped by the Okanagan’s cool-climate conditions and diurnal variation. Wines are VQA-certified. Current winemaker David Saysomsack, an oenology graduate with international experience, leads production. The estate’s history reaches back to the early 1900s, when it was established as a cattle ranch and orchard before transitioning to viticulture.
