Domaine de Bellivière is a family-run estate in the Sarthe area of the Loire Valley, founded in 1995 and owned by Eric Nicolas, his wife Christine, and their son Clément. Working biodynamically with certified organic practices, the family farms its vineyards with hand-picked grapes and a strong focus on sustainable viticulture. In the cellar, native-yeast fermentations and a low-intervention approach shape the wines. The domaine is known for Chenin Blanc whites as well as red and rosé wines from Pineau d’Aunis, with the family closely involved in both vineyard work and blending.
