Las Estelas is a family-owned boutique winery in Mendoza’s Tupungato region, founded by Dr. Hector Perinetti in the 1940s. Today, winemaker Estela Perinetti runs the estate with her mother, Estela Armando. The wines draw on historic alluvial soils in Tupungato and calcium-carbonate-rich alluvial sandy loam in El Cepillo, in the southern Uco Valley. The producer’s small, focused range reflects an artisanal family operation, while no information is available on certified sustainability practices.
