Garcia Pérez is a small-scale winery in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, following a natural, low-intervention approach. Its vineyards are farmed organically with virtually no chemical use, while manual harvesting takes place in early September to preserve restrained alcohol levels. The wines clarify naturally through the cold winter, without intervention, and are bottled in early spring. The range includes orange and red wines made from varieties including Bobal and Sauvignon Blanc. Certified Organic and Vegan, the wines use rare sulphur or copper applications only for disease prevention.
