Domaine Saint Andrieu

France

Domaine Saint Andrieu is based in Correns, in Provence’s Var hinterland, where vineyards sit at 380 metres on clay-limestone terraces within a broader landscape of forest and scrubland. Owned since 2003 by Jean-Paul and Nancy Bignon, the estate was restored and restructured with close attention to its environment. It is HVE-certified and follows sustainable, agroecological farming focused on soil protection, biodiversity, and careful management of plant treatments, fertilisation and water; notes also cite Bee Friendly certification and measures to protect pollinators. Winemaking is led by Richard Bertin, with Grégory Guibergia overseeing the vineyards. Night harvesting, gravity handling and parcel-based vinification are used to preserve freshness, precision and terroir expression across the domaine’s Provençal wines.
