Domaine Christophe Patrice

France

Christophe Patrice is a family-owned domaine in Burgundy’s Chablis region, founded in 2006 by proprietor and winemaker Christophe Patrice. Starting with 5 ha, the estate expanded to about 22 ha across Beine, Courgis and Chablis after acquiring the Daniel Roblot domaine in 2011. Vines average 45–70 years and are planted at a density of 5,800 vines/ha. Viticulture follows a sustainable lutte raisonnée approach, with limited treatments and reduced fertilisation, and holds HVE (High Environmental Value) certification. The domaine produces around 96,000 bottles annually, focusing on Petit Chablis, Chablis and Premier Cru cuvées such as Beauregard, Montmains and Beauroy. Wines are vegan‑friendly and vinified in stainless steel, with malolactic conversion and lees aging for the Chablis range.
