Domaine Céline Jacquet

France

Domaine Céline Jacquet is a small, family-run estate founded in 2011 in Arbin, Savoie. Owner-winemaker Céline Jacquet personally manages all aspects of the roughly 5 hectares, spread across several communes. The vineyards are farmed manually on steep slopes, without machinery or chemical inputs, and are certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) with a focus on biodiversity. Traditional Savoyard varieties like Mondeuse, Roussette, and Bergeron are hand-harvested. In the cellar, winemaking emphasizes minimal intervention: fermentations are whole-cluster, without inoculation, and sulfur use is minimal or zero. The domaine has no expansion plans, reflecting its commitment to artisanal scale and terroir-focused authenticity.
