Bresolin Bio

Italy

Founded in 2012, BresolinBIO is a young, independent, family-run winery in the Asolo hills of Veneto. Enrico, Matteo, and Davide are both owners and winemakers, producing organic wines with a strong emphasis on respect for the land and biodiversity. Their vineyards lie among woods, olive trees, and historic landscapes near Asolo and Maser, and their focus is the Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Bottles such as Sior Lino, Rissieri, and Benny honor family members whose passion and land helped establish the winery. The estate also produces organic extra-virgin olive oil, reflecting its broader commitment to sustainable agriculture and local traditions.
