Bodega Tinaha is a small artisan winery in Abarán, Murcia, founded and run by Lorenzo Boris Abellán and Victoria Moreno. The project works with small local growers to recover old, unirrigated bush-vine vineyards in Abarán and Ricote, including sites on calcareous soils on the north face of the Sierra de la Pila. It champions native Levantine varieties such as Forcallat, Moravia, and Rojal. Farming is described as organic/ecological, without a named certification. Wines are made and aged in handmade ceramic amphorae with minimal intervention, without additives, filtration, acidity correction, decanting, or other rectification. The founders do not currently own the vineyards, which are cared for by local grower Joaquín de la Mina.
