Antucura is a Vista Flores, Uco Valley, Mendoza estate founded by French-born owner Anne-Caroline Biancheri, with winemaking led by Mauricio Ortiz. At 1,050 metres in the Andes foothills, its vineyards are planted on alluvial, stony soils and farmed with high-density plantings and drip irrigation. Notes describe a strong focus on terroir expression, elegance and balance, combining respect for traditional winemaking with modern techniques such as gravity-fed vinification. Sustainability is a key part of the project, with references to biodynamic practices and vegan-friendly, organic and biodynamic certifications. The wines are presented as expressive varietals and blends shaped by the site and a classic French-influenced approach.
