2021 · Mt. Veeder Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Anthem is a women-run, family-owned estate founded by Julie and Justin Arbuckle in 2009 on Mt. Veeder in Napa Valley, California. Its approximately six acres of vineyards produce mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and other Bordeaux varieties. Head winemaker Jeff Ames has been with the estate since its founding, crafting small-batch wines focused on single-vineyard expression. The wines emphasize the structure, richness and depth associated with mountain fruit. Anthem practices environmentally friendly viticulture and is pursuing Napa Green certification for its new facility, though it is not formally certified organic.
