Nuiton-Beaunoy is a member-owned cooperative founded in 1957 and the sole cooperative in Burgundy's Côte d'Or. It unites 80–115 winegrower families who cultivate 350–520 hectares across the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, and Hautes-Côtes, producing around 3–3.3 million bottles annually. The cooperative is Vignerons Engagés certified and employs sustainable practices such as grass cover, integrated pest management, and eco-designed packaging with recycled glass and compostable labels. Its wines, primarily Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from clay-limestone soils, include the Cerço and Victorine de Chastenay ranges.
