Family-owned Zacharias Winery has been active since 1960 in Nemea, on the slopes of Leontio in the Peloponnese. The winery was modernized in 2004 with state-of-the-art equipment and follows an integrated environmental management system; its wines are marketed as made with organic grapes. Winemaking is led by agronomist Elias Zacharias, who brings more than 35 years of experience to the family business.
