Terrazas del Moncayo is a cooperative of growers from four towns in Aragón’s Campo de Borja DO, focused on Garnacha from stony, slate and chalky soils at 350–700 metres. The group combines regional collaboration with a strong sustainability programme, including water-saving irrigation that can reduce use by up to 60%, soil regeneration, biodiversity initiatives, carbon-footprint monitoring and reduction, and lightweight eco-friendly bottles. It also supports educational programmes for mountain schools.
