Summer Wolff is the owner and sole winemaker of Azienda Agricola Summer Wolff in Piedmont. Working from her own estate in the same valley as her husband’s Cascina Iuli winery, she draws on decades of European experience to make wines with a natural, low-intervention approach. Farming emphasizes cover crops and slow-growth vines, while cellar work relies on indigenous yeasts, cement-tank fermentation and aging, with the wines bottled unfined and unfiltered.
