Milu Roble

Quinta Milú is a micro-winery in La Aguilera, in the northern part of Ribera del Duero, Burgos. Led by winemaker-viticulturist Germán R. Blanco and his team, it farms its vineyards traditionally and sustainably, with no formal certifications cited. Winemaking is small-batch and minimally interventionist, using tanks, open barrels, amphorae and oak vats, alongside foot-stomping. The result is a limited, artisanal production shaped by hands-on methods and the character of this high-altitude site.
