Maurice Bonnamy is a Loire Valley label for Crémant de Loire, produced by Cave Robert & Marcel in France. The vineyards are rooted in limestone-rich, tufa soils and are planted mainly to Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc, with vines averaging around 25 years old. Fruit is harvested by hand and gently pressed, then fermented at low temperature. The sparkling wines are made by the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle and 12 months of lees aging. Available information does not mention sustainability certifications, and the brand operates under the Cave Robert & Marcel winery.
