Domaine Terres Georges

France

Domaine Terres Georges is a tiny family-run estate in the Minervois, Languedoc-Roussillon, owned and operated by Anne-Marie and Roland Coustal since 2001, when they succeeded Anne-Marie’s parents, Lucette and Georges. The domaine farms organically on chalk soils and gravel terraces, producing small-batch, hand-picked red blends from Syrah and Grenache Noir vines. Its low-intervention approach includes low-sulphite, vegan-friendly production, aging in large-format seasoned French oak, and bottling without fining or filtration. The wines are made to preserve terroir expression and reflect the estate’s boutique, artisanal character.
