Château Yvonne

France

Château Yvonne is a boutique estate in Saumur-Champigny, Loire Valley, revived in 1997 by Yvonne and Jean-François Lamunière and owned and run since 2007 by Mathieu Vallée, who is also the winemaker. Its vineyards are divided among many small parcels, supporting a clear small-lot focus. The estate has been certified organic since 1997 and today follows biodynamic practices across the whole domaine. With Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc at its core, Château Yvonne is defined by careful farming, hands-on ownership, and an artisanal approach rooted in the Saumur-Champigny terroir.
