Bodegas Logos is the Navarra project of the fifth-generation, family-owned Escudero group, based in Castejón. Its vineyards are farmed organically, with a focus on low yields and quality. The wines receive extended aging in American and French oak followed by further bottle aging, reflecting a traditional, maturation-driven style. Winemaking is overseen by consulting oenologist Amador, who has been involved with the project since 2000.
