Manzanilla Sherry

Delgado Zuleta is a family-owned sherry house in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Jerez, founded in the 18th century and noted as the oldest in the town. It is described as a small boutique winery focused on traditional Manzanilla from 100% Palomino grown on Albariza, the region’s chalky white soil. The wines are aged for 2–3 years in a historic solera, reflecting a classic local style. The estate also practices organic viticulture and holds certified organic status for its Manzanilla Entusiastico. Winemaking is led by Pelayo García, and the production is presented as artisanal and limited.
