Adega Sernande is a small, collaborative project in Galicia’s Ribeira Sacra, founded by María Aira Pumar, Antonio López Casas and Gredos vigneron Orly Lumbreras, who leads the winemaking. Working with writer Mariano Fisac on the KB label, the team farms organically and by hand on steep, old slate-and-quartz terraces along the River Sil. Their low-intervention approach focuses on expressing the site rather than pursuing volume, as shown by the single-release 2019 KB Godello.
