Nick O’Leary Wines is a family-run destination winery on the Heywood property in the Hall Valley, just outside the ACT, owned and operated by founder and lead winemaker Nick O’Leary. Its estate includes approximately 15.4 hectares of vineyard, a modern winery, tasting bar, restaurant and event space. Grapes are hand-picked, with herbicides and pesticides avoided where possible. The winery also sources locally to reduce food miles and has partnered to repurpose Chardonnay bottles as hand-blown decanters, reflecting a practical focus on sustainability and local connection.
