Perfect Season is a boutique California winery focused on estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon from Bidwell Creek Vineyard in Knights Valley. Founded by Norma Knobel Hunt, the estate was established in 2000, with its first vineyard blocks planted in 2002 along Bidwell Creek. Warm afternoons and cool evenings suit the Bordeaux varietals grown there. The vineyard is managed by Jim Barbour using traditional and contemporary hand-farming methods, while Philippe Melka and Maayan Koschitzky craft the wines to exacting standards.
