Finca Bacara

Spain

Founded in 2016, Finca Bacara is an owner-led project in Jumilla, Murcia, focused on expressing the character of old Monastrell vines and the region’s climate, soils, and landscapes. Its vineyards lie in a high-altitude valley at around 900 metres. The winery emphasizes simplicity, careful grape handling, and natural, artisanal, minimal-intervention winemaking, defending Monastrell as Jumilla’s native variety. Its wines are presented as 100% vegan and gluten-free, with no formal certifications mentioned. Finca Bacara also brings a creative dimension to its presentation through artistic label concepts, leaving the exterior open to interpretation while inviting discovery of the wines’ nuances within.
