Domaine Cécile Tremblay

France

Domaine Cécile Tremblay is a family-run estate in Vosne-Romanée in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, owned and led by Cécile Tremblay, great-niece of Henri Jayer. She took over the family estate in 2002 and remains the sole winemaker, overseeing harvest, fermentation and élevage. The domaine has farmed organically since 2005 and has been certified biodynamic since 2016, with a low-intervention approach focused on vine health, harmony with nature and expressing terroir with purity and precision. Harvests are manual, the wines are vinified in wood vats, aged in barrel, and bottled without fining or filtration.
