Chodin Param is a family-run producer in Santa Juana, Bío Bío, led by Paula Chodin and Arnaldo Batista, who also oversee the winemaking. They work with very old País vineyards on granitic soils, using organically farmed parcels rented from local landowners alongside organically grown grapes they purchase. The vines are managed without noted formal certification and produce naturally low yields. This small-scale operation is focused on preserving the character of traditional País vineyards through hands-on, family-led work.
