Winzerhof Stahl is a family-owned Franconian estate founded and led by Christian Stahl, who serves as owner and lead winemaker. Its vineyards lie along the Tauber and Main rivers and in the Steigerwald, including sites around Auernhofen and the southern Steigerwald. The winery focuses on aromatic, mineral-driven wines with an international orientation, working with varieties including Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling. The estate also operates a family restaurant that has earned a Michelin star.
