Tooth & Nail is a Paso Robles, California label overseen by Rob Murray, with winemaking led by Jeremy Leffert. The wines draw on carefully selected fruit—only the top 5% of harvested grapes are used—and span imaginative series including Audubon, Squad, Destinata, and Don Quixote. Its vineyards are farmed with organic practices, including hand labor for weed abatement instead of herbicides and deficit irrigation to conserve water and enhance fruit quality. The winery also pledges 1% of profits to 1% for the Planet, reflecting a broader commitment to stewardship of land, people, community, and winery culture.
