Producer

Thomas Jullien

France

Thomas Jullien is a small-lot natural producer in the Rhône Valley, working four parcels on the foothills of Mont Ventoux at 300–500 metres. The certified-organic, hand-harvested vineyards include 40-year-old vines planted on gravelly soils. Jullien focuses on low-intervention, vegan wines, fermenting with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks and using partial carbonic maceration. The style emphasizes drinkability alongside sustainability.
