Paritua is a boutique wine producer in Hawke’s Bay, with vineyards originally planted in 2003 and farmed using sustainable practices, although no formal certification is cited. The estate is wholly owned by Hong Kong individual Gary Alan Fisher and combines vineyard cultivation, winemaking, tastings, and retail. Chief winemaker Jason Stent has been with Paritua for 14 years and oversees the flagship 21°12 blend alongside other bespoke wines made in outstanding vintages.
