Domaine de L’Ecette is an independent family domaine in Rully, Burgundy, founded by Jean Daux in 1983 and run by his son Vincent since 1997. The estate produces red and white wines from Rully and Bourgogne appellations, exclusively from its own vineyards. Its wines are made using traditional Burgundian methods alongside modern techniques, with an emphasis on respecting terroir and quality. The range includes both white- and red-focused cuvées, including Rully Blanc and Bourgogne Rouge Côte Chalonnaise.
