Desquiciado is a boutique winery in Tupungato, in Mendoza’s high-altitude Uco Valley, founded and operated by friends Gonzalo Tamagnini and Martín Sesto. They began vinifying together in 2015, combining Gonzalo’s experience as an oenologist and experimental winemaker with Martín’s more than decade of experience in the wine industry. Working with different geographic indications and the valley’s diverse soils, they pursue freshness, fluidity, aromatic expression, and varietal typicity. Their approach emphasizes artisanal techniques, sustainable agriculture, innovation, and experimentation, while challenging conventional winemaking rules. The project reflects their shared passion for viticulture and a restless, unconventional spirit.
