Caveau du Val d’Amour is a family-owned Jura micro-domaine near Arbois, founded in 2016 by Sylvain Jacquot after he inherited the vineyards from his family. Working across old vines in several communes, Jacquot is both owner and winemaker, overseeing every vinification in the estate’s house-cave. The vineyards are cultivated traditionally without chemical products, while the wines are made in an artisanal, low-intervention style. Production is deliberately very small, reflecting a hands-on approach rooted in family heritage and direct involvement at every stage.
