Neleman is a founder-owned winery led by Derrick Neleman, producing organic, vegan and sustainable wines in Valencia, with a Dutch heart and a focus on local, authentic grapes. Its vineyards lie in the region’s hilly inland landscapes, including Requena, where Mediterranean conditions meet continental influences: hot days, cold nights and very limited rainfall help produce concentrated fruit with lively acidity. White limestone soils absorb and retain moisture, supporting root development. The winery’s vineyard-led philosophy is to allow nature to do its work, expressing the aromas and flavours of the local terroir. Vineyard work follows strict organic methods certified by the Comité de Agricultura Ecológica de la Comunidad Valenciana (CAECV).
