Azienda Agricola Curto is a small, family-owned winery in La Morra, Piedmont, with vineyards in the Arborina cru. The family has cultivated its vineyards for over 60 years, and second-generation owner and winemaker Nadia Curto now leads the estate. Farming is totally organic, with hand-worked vines, natural manure, no herbicides or pesticides, and pheromone traps. Nadia follows a low-intervention approach in the cellar, using spontaneous native-yeast fermentation, minimal sulfite, and no filtration or added yeast. The wines include Barolo from Arborina and La Foia, as well as Langhe Nebbiolo, reflecting the calcareous marl and clay soils of the site.
