Domaines Auvigue

France

Domaines Auvigue is a historic Pouilly-Fuissé producer within the Maison Jean Loron group, whose roots in the appellation date back decades. Since 2019, its winemaking and ageing cellars have occupied a fully restored 12th-century Romanesque church in Fuissé, a distinctive setting near the Roche de Solutré. The domaine focuses on Chardonnay from varied Mâconnais terroirs, including Pouilly-Fuissé, Mâcon-Villages, Saint-Véran and Viré-Clessé. Its wines are shaped by parcel-focused work and a precise approach in the cellar, led by Céline Hirsch, with an emphasis on mineral character and tension. The vineyards are managed by Clémence Perrachon and Rémi Vincent. Domaines Auvigue forms one of the group’s three year-round wine destinations, combining wine tourism with a strong sense of place and heritage.
