Domaine Thillardon is a family-run estate in Beaujolais, founded in 2008 by owner-winemaker Paul-Henri Thillardon. Based largely in Chénas, with vines also in Moulin-à-Vent, the domaine works granite and clay-siliceous soils under organic certification and biodynamic farming. Vineyard work includes horse cultivation, hand harvesting, agroforestry, herbal preparations, and the reintroduction of animals into the farm ecosystem. In the cellar, Thillardon follows a low-intervention approach with indigenous yeasts, extended fermentation and maceration, and no sulfur added until bottling. The wines are made in a Burgundian-inspired style, with Paul-Henri overseeing both vineyard and cellar.
